Gravure printing

Gravure printing is to make the surface of the entire printing plate coated with ink, and then use a special squeegee mechanism to remove the blank part of the ink.

So that the ink remains only in the cells of the graphic part, and then under the pressure of greater pressure.

Transfer the ink to the surface of the substrate to obtain the printed matter.

Gravure printing is direct printing. The graphic portion of the printing plate is concave, and the degree of depression is different depending on the level of the image, and the blank portion of the printing plate is convex and is on the same plane.
